Beginner – Experienced: Need a way to unwind at the end of a day? We’re using the unstable trampoline surface to our advantage and showing you how to use slow, controlled movements to increase that core strength, mobility and flexibility.

This is our relaxation class but that doesn’t mean you won’t get a workout. Lots of slow controlled movements and holds. The unstable environment works on improving balance and joint stability. Stretch out the body after the other Skyfit classes throughout the week. Work on flexibility with our trainers who love to get bendy with you. Lots of core stability involving static holds, ballet positions, yoga poses, isometric and slow strength work.
