How old do I need to be to do a Skyfit class?
Participants need to be at least 16 years of age to participate in a Skyfit class.
What kind of footwear do I wear?
You can show up in any footwear to a Skyfit class, but special Skyfit Jumping Socks with grips on the sole will be your footwear during the class. You will be given a pair of complementary Skyfit Socks for your first class. Unfortunately, No socks, no jumping. You can purchase additional Skyfit socks for $2 at the counter.
Do I need to be fit to do a Skyfit class?
Skyfit classes have been designed to suit all fitness levels, whether you’ve taken some time off or are a full fitness junkie, Skyfit fitness programs will get your body moving and working hard.
Each class has been tailored for different levels of fitness, however, our qualified trainers will help you get through the class, whether you need it to be a little easier or you need to get more of a sweat!
Although, you don’t need to be a marathon runner, we advise anyone with individual weight or fitness concerns to consult a doctor and receive medical clearance before participating in a Skyfit class.
Is there a weight limit?
Unfortunately we are unable to allow anyone over 140kgs to jump on trampolines due to health and safety reasons.
Do I have to book a class or can I just show up?
Although you can just show up and hope for the best, it is highly recommended you book online to secure a spot in the desired class as there are limited spaces per class.

How do I pay for my class?
If you do not have an on-going Skyfit membership, you can purchase a 10 pass pack or one-off casual class pass before booking online.
What pricing options are available?
There are three pricing options available to suit you.
$19 Skyfit Membership – Access all classes
$135 10 Pass Pack – Upfront payment for any 10 classes up to 6 months of purchase
$15 Casual Pass – For access to one class

How many people is in one class?
The morning classes are usually taken in the Stratosphere Zone which can hold up to 40 people. The afternoon/evening classes are usually taken on the Dodgeball Courts which can hold up to 17 people.
Are all your trainers qualified to teach these classes?
Yes, all our Skyfit Trainers are fully qualified in various disciplines of fitness and have the ability to teach Skyfit classes.

Yes, each venue have showers available for your convenience.
